Job Description
Chief Architect will be responsible to evaluate, structure, co-ordinate services and finalize the Architectural Design for all projects undertaken by Swan Group with respect to municipal approvability & the design brief. The incumbent will also help ensure timely and accurate delivery of architectural drawings from the consultants office for use by the Services and Project Sites. Roles and Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction. Assist in Preparation of design brief/Municipal brief as per directions of Chief Architect / VP Design and Services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex project requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
