Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition & On boarding
2. Partner with business leaders to forecast yearly resource requirement and draw up recruitment.
3. strategy to support new business development.
4. Handling the End-to-End Recruitment & selection to Retention Employee life cycle
5. Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
6. Monitoring staffing, recruitment, induction, negotiations, discipline, and policy & procedures for employees.
7. Refine pool of eligible candidates, so that at any given point of time a replacement of resource can be made available.
8. Encourage the internal reference candidates for ensuring cost effective hiring.
9. Screen the candidates profiles as per job description through, LinkedIn, Naukri. Consultant.
10. Ensured completion of joining formalities from new joiners. Communicated work schedules and contract details to new hires.
11. Maintaining various recruitment trackers.
12. Handled all level and confidential recruitments.
13. Recruitment & Selection across levels for field and Head office.
14. Conducting preliminary interviews.
